Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Lucrum CRM by authorized users and customer organizations.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Lucrum CRM, you agree to these Terms and any agreement between Lucrum Industries and your organization. If you use Lucrum CRM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Authorized use
Lucrum CRM is provided for legitimate business CRM workflows. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or your organization's policies.
3. Google Workspace connections
If you connect a Google account, you confirm that you have permission to connect that account to Lucrum CRM and to use the connected Google data for CRM workflows. Google access is optional and may be disconnected. Google Workspace features are governed by our Privacy Policy, Google Data Use / Limited Use statement, and Google's own terms and policies.
4. Customer data
Your organization retains responsibility for the CRM records, files, and business data entered into Lucrum CRM. Lucrum Industries uses customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.
5. Security responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
6. Support and availability
Support and service levels may be defined in a separate customer agreement. Contact support@lucrumindustries.com for help.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means such as email, in-product notice, or updates to this site.
