CRM operations

Sales and relationship management

Track accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, calls, meetings, cases, notes, and related activity in one CRM workspace.

Per-customer isolation

Private deployments

Customer CRM environments are deployed separately so each customer's data, files, routes, secrets, and backups remain isolated from other customers.

User control

Connected only when enabled

Google Workspace access is optional and must be explicitly connected by an authorized user. Google sign-in is separate from Gmail, Contacts, and Calendar access.

Google Workspace integration

What the Google integration does

When a user chooses to connect Google Workspace, Lucrum CRM may let that user view and use selected Gmail, Contacts, and Calendar data inside CRM workflows. The integration is designed around user-visible features and explicit user actions.

Email / Gmail

Users may view mailbox information and message content, send or reply to emails, and take explicit mailbox actions such as marking, archiving, restoring, trashing, or labeling messages if those features are enabled.

Reading a message in Lucrum CRM does not automatically mark it read, archive it, trash it, or otherwise change Gmail state.

Google Contacts

Users may review Google contact details to help match, link, or create CRM contacts. Lucrum CRM does not automatically create CRM records from Google Contacts without a user review/selection step.

Google Calendar

Users may view relevant Google Calendar events in CRM context. Calendar data is used to support scheduling and relationship workflows, not advertising or unrelated analytics.
