Disconnect and Delete Google Data

Lucrum CRM gives users and administrators control over Google Workspace connections.

1. Disconnect Google from Lucrum CRM

  1. Sign in to Lucrum CRM.
  2. Open account settings or the Google Workspace integration settings.
  3. Select the connected Google account.
  4. Choose Disconnect Google or Remove connection.
  5. Confirm the disconnect action.

Disconnecting stops Lucrum CRM from using Google APIs for that account and starts deletion/deactivation of broker-held Google tokens.

2. Revoke access from your Google Account

You can also revoke Lucrum CRM from Google's permissions page:

  1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Select Lucrum CRM / Lucrum Industries if listed.
  3. Choose Remove access.

3. Request deletion

To request deletion of Google-derived data associated with your Lucrum CRM account, email privacy@lucrumindustries.com from the email address associated with your account, or ask your organization administrator to submit the request.

Please include your organization name, Lucrum CRM user email, and the Google account email to disconnect/delete. We may verify identity and authorization before processing.

4. What is deleted or deactivated

  • Google OAuth refresh tokens held by the integration broker/token vault.
  • Stored Google account connection metadata no longer needed for audit/security/legal reasons.
  • Google-derived message/contact/calendar caches held by Lucrum CRM or the integration broker, subject to contractual/legal retention needs.
  • Future Google API sync for the disconnected account.

CRM records that a user intentionally created or edited from Google data may remain as CRM customer records unless the organization requests their deletion under its CRM data retention process.

5. Backups and deletion replay

Some deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire. Where needed, Lucrum CRM keeps deletion markers so data removed from active systems is not restored from backup into active use.
